We don't not ship outside the Continental U.S.
* All orders will receive a tracking number by email when items have shipped. Please note that it can take 24-48 hours for your tracking number to become active.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
* All Returns are for STORE CREDIT Only, No Refunds.
*Items must be post marked within 14 days of receiving the order.
*Items must have original tags on them, no exceptions.
*Merchandise must be in it's original condition, unworn and unwashed. Anything that smells of smoke, animal hair, has stains, appears to have been washed or worn or has been damaged will not be taken back.
*Shoes must be returned in their original box encased in another box or bag for protection. If you send shoes back with shipping labels or stickers on the outside of the box, they will be rejected.
*All returns will be processed within 3-6 days. You will be issued a credit via email to be used on a future purchase. The amount for the credit will be for the amount of the items, plus taxed paid.
*Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
*If you ship items back that do not meet our Return Policy, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the items to be shipped back to you. If you choose not to pay, all items will be donated to charity within 30 days.
*All Clearance, Sale and Sidewalk Sale Merchandise is a FINAL SALE- no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions.
*Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned.
*Due to Limited Quantities we are unable to guarantee the size you need will be in stock at the time we receive your return.
